“How can an item be in my cart and when I go to pay for it, within seconds of it being in my cart, the item is sold out? I can understand if it was an hour later but seriously if your system can't hold an item while I move to the next page...”

Because the system was selling them out quicker than it could keep up with its digital inventory hence why it was cancelled on behalf of Best Buy. They couldn't move forward, and charge and process a unit that's not in their inventory. More units will be in before launch.
