• According to Best Buy: "We do our best with every pre-order to ensure it’s delivered as close to release as possible by shipping it out at a level of service needed for it to get to you on release day. Depending on a number of factors, such as your proximity to one of our stores or distribution centers, pre-orders often ship out for different people at different times."

• No, and I know this because I pre-ordered the Xbox and it wasnt sent out until day of release. Which wouldnt have been that bad if I actually got it. They claim it was "Lost in Transit" and now they refuse to send me a replacement, because of stock, and yet the Xbox will be available to buy on Black Friday. I dont recommend anyone get their Xbox from Bestbuy.
