Q: QuestionDid more of these recently become available? Why weren't customers able to sign up to be notified when they were back in stock?

• A:Answer Yes they popped in and out of stock all day yesterday. Had my browser on auto refresh and finally got the yellow pre order button too work, but go-figure, they added a new step in the process that added you to a queue and refreshing it would lose it for you. Absolutely no announcement which is probably their best way to combat bots, so you just have to keep checking unfortunately

Q: QuestionSecond time I've had this in my cart to check out!! Last time the payment method kept cycling until it was REMOVED from my cart. This time it kept asking me to choose a location but after the 4th or 5th try it removed dit from my cart!!

• A:Answer Same. Added to cart, went to checkout and it said no stores in 250 miles. I kept refreshing and eventually 15 stores came up that all all within 90min of my house. Didn’t matter cause every one I clicked to pickup at said “not available at this location” I’m done with Best Buy. Too glitchy to even try anymore
