I dont think best buy can regulate resell prices once they have sold something. I personally havent seen a limit on the console purchase amount. Retailers could limit 1 console per customer and have Microsoft ban the resale of pre-ordered Xbox Series X|S consoles, but that requires resources and. Im sure companies dont really care if you get one so long as they make their money.
