Xbox Series X/S consoles are only available for order online at Best Buy through the holiday period. Due to overwhelming demand, Xbox Series X|S consoles may not currently be available, though. If you have not been able to purchase one, be sure to check back with Best Buy online. We expect more consoles to be available in the future.

Yes, to insure safety at this time you can only obtain consoles via online.
