“What good is your pre order notifications when, in the case of the PS5 and now the Xbox Series X, your site crashes ("oops...something went wrong on our end...") and will not allow me to load a system in my cart? This is the second time it has happened!”

• The problem is not the demand for the system that keeps causing your site to crash. The problem is this sites inability to protect itself site from BOT's that swoop in, blocking out everyone else, ordering up all the systems, leaving none for human customers. There's great news, though...we can all pre order controllers *rolls eyes
