I felt the same way actually, but the more I thought about it I guess it kinda makes sense in a way. Best Buy probably doesn’t want to be held responsible for the possibility of accidental damage to the electronics when one of their drivers delivers the system. It is already back ordered and in high demand and when it is shipped to the store they are not held responsible, it is when they deliver it from their store franchise and it gets damaged then they could possibly be held responsible for repair costs.
