I was able to pre-order one. However, I did have issues about an hour into the official release time. The pre-order button magically replaced the Coming Soon button after about an hour of periodic refreshing. After that, there were a lot of errors going into checkout from the cart and then more errors when it came to paying. Finally got it after half an hour of trying to pay.
