I was told that there WILL be a verification to stop bots, but I've also been told by tons of other help chat employees that they have no idea whats going on, even as far as some not knowing what the product is. BB as a whole has ZERO communication between its instore and online workers, its no wonder that this stuff is taking so long to drop.
