I called several locations. They told me the preorders sold out early this morning before 9am. I then decided to do online chat and was told they don’t know when they are going live with preorders. So no idea who to believe

Retailers owe you nothing. Protect yourself against scalpers..... don't buy from them.....a potato could figure that out
