“Is this card backwards compatible to a PCI_E slot 2.0 running windows 7?”

• Mine is running just fine on a pcie 2.0 (16x) slot. Not sure about Windows, since I run linux. But according to the AMD driver page, this card is supported for Windows 7 64-bit edition, though the drivers are not a recent as for newer versions of Windows (10 and 11).

• Yes, the rendering speed won’t be as fast due to it being a slower PCI-E port, but it should still work and display just fine
