A:AnswerMine is running just fine on a pcie 2.0 (16x) slot. Not sure about Windows, since I run linux. But according to the AMD driver page, this card is supported for Windows 7 64-bit edition, though the drivers are not a recent as for newer versions of Windows (10 and 11).

So I can't say definitively, I do know that there are people selling these or equivalent GPU's that where purportedly used for that task.

A:AnswerYou don’t need to download drivers for a CPU. It receives its instructions from the bios on the motherboard; therefore, you don’t need to go hunting for “CPU drivers”. If your cpu is having issues then try updating your motherboard’s chipset drivers or BIOS.
