Many reasons such as the chip shortage affecting electronic parts prices and availability, cryptominers buying up all of the video cards, scalpers in turn re-sell at higher prices, supply and demand takes effect causing prices to rise on new cards available for purchase, inflation is hitting prices across the board on all goods and services.... I'm not saying that the price won't someday go back down, but I doubt we'll ever see prices as low as the msrp or less that everyone is so used to paying years ago until the supply far out-paces the demand.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.AMD has been having issues with shipping gpus to the US because of the complications at ports in foreign countries. I’m not sure if that is still the case now lol. There are great explanations from tech youtubers though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's called supply and demand. We live in a capitalist country, so this should not be surprising to anyone, and anyone complaining about the prices (of anything, not just GPUs) obviously doesn't understand how the economy works. Stop complaining and educate yourselves people. SUPPLY AND DEMAND. Google it. And to the people giving poor reviews of products (especially when they haven't even purchased the product) due to the high price: Just stop. The purpose of a review is TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON THE ACTUAL PRODUCT BASED ON YOUR EXPERIENCE USING SAID PRODUCT so that others can make a purchasing decision. Using the review system to give a product 1 star because you disagree with the price HELPS NO ONE.
