No you have to pay for a monthly service to use calling

Hi, Thank you for your interest in Xplora watch! we don't support wifi calls but it has sim card for voice calls.

Chamadas via wifi nao faz, somente via telefone. Via wifi é possivel enviar mensagem de audio e texto para o aplicativo que fica no celular dos pais. Fotos tambem podem ser enviadas via wifi.
