Q: QuestionCan the deadbolt be installed with reversed direction? The specifications doesn't specify if both directions are supported. My existing lock is on the left side of the entrance door. Displayed locks at Best Buy store had it on the right side. Thank you

Q: QuestionWill the key pad work if the battery goed dead? Can the key pad be used with out connecting to bluetooth or wifi to save battery life.

• A:Answer If your batteries die on the lock, you can hold a 9V battery up to the terminal located beneath the keypad, enter your code and get inside to change the lock's batteries. The app will also alert you several times before this happens. You absolutely can choose to not use the Wi-Fi. For Bluetooth, you can disable Auto-Unlock in the app which will save battery life if you choose to.
