• Yes! The Assure Lever can be used on left or right handed doors.

• I am fairly confident that the handles can be reversed but I would go with a Kwikset product. They will be able to assist fairly rapidly with any product issue you might have. In my experience with Yale, they try to avoid helping you and they do not want to honor their warranty.
