A:AnswerSo the lock itself is not but it comes wIth a wireless adapter that connects to the wall and that is compatible with the august app so you can control your lock wirelessly
A:AnswerYou need to go to settings, locate the august app then turn on cellular data. This will let you have access anytime you have Cell service. When you are home the wifi hooks up and works the lock for you without using cell data. Good luck
A:AnswerThe lock comes with two keys which I rarely use because of the keyless entry feature. These keys look similar to another Yale key I have so you could probably get the lock rekeyed. Might want to ask a locksmith to be sure.
A:AnswerThe admin only needs to be present if you want the codes set up you can have the lock installed and used as a regular key lock then the code portion can be set at a later date
A:AnswerThe keyed portion goes to the exterior of the door and the know will be on the interior. To manually open, simply turn the knob. You can manually lock it in the same way.
