“What is everyone doing with their existing lock(not deadbolt) if you have 2 locks on your doors? I don't want to carry multiple keys”

Locking the knob isn’t necessary if you have a deadbolt. Just because it’s there doesn’t mean you have to use it. But you could always have a locksmith rekey the knob to match the deadbolt.
