Yes, it comes with a cardboard template to help line up the holes. You'd just put some screws in the wall and hang it on that.

Yes it can. It hangs on two screws. Very secured with no worries. Look at the picture. Looks messy since I hadn’t quite finish.

Yes, it can but I don't know if that is the best option. I only put on a TV stand.
