Make sure your HDMI cables are in the right inputs and outputs. Also not sure how old your TV is and if it has an ARC HDMI port (will be marked on you TV's ports). If it does you should plug that port from your TV to the correct port on the sound bar. If you don't have ARC and your HDMI cables is hooked up properly then check the sound settings of your TV to make sure it's allowing external audio. Each brand is different so might require some playing around. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In my case when this happens I can get sound back again by pushing the TV button at the top of the remote. I noticed that the white LED light on top of the soundbar was on NET and needed to be put back in “TV” input mode again.
