May I connect this to a new Toshiba tv null

You would need a receiver in order to use them with any TV. I attached a picture of how the speakers connect to a receiver.

As I said in an earlier post no they need at least 500 amps, but 700amps is better. The amp comes from a receiver 500 warts or more then this is split between the 7 piece speaker and bass system.
