QuestionI just recently bought this system and absolutely love it!! But when I hookup an old turntable through an rca cable the sound comes out extremely low, causing me to put the volume on full blast just to hear it. What is causing the extremely quiet sound?

- Answer If your turntable doesn't have a preamp or phono switch you will need a preamp between your turntable and the receiver.

- Answer Technically no But the one u see on the front in the pictures is not for a actual microphone that’s to use with what comes in the box But if you know what you are doing you can get adapters and hook it up in the rca jacks

QuestionI have a 2-3 year old projector. Hooked it up to the projector via HDMI out and it's not reading the surround sound. Noticed the HDMI says arc but don't thing my projector is an arc. Would this matter and be the reason not reading it?

QuestionWhat does best buy offer to cover up the wires coming from the speakers to the amp. I am considering this for our bedroom but I dont want to look at wires all over my walls. Thank you

- Answer If the bedroom is carpeted, you may be able to shove the wires underneath the edge of the carpet. If you may be replacing the carpet in the near future, live with the wires on the walls until then, and when replacing the carpet place a wire for each speaker under the carpet padding. Carpet layers are able to do this safely; mine have several times in the past. Leave plenty of wire on each end to complete the hook up and be sure to mark the wires with tape or markers on the ends to identify them when hooking up.
