I don’t stream things but watch on the regular cable had similar problems. I run through the whole function series that is movie concert Tuner etc. that works I do know that you have to have the HDMI correctly hooked up mine works on HDMI two. The problem I’ve had is occasionally the sound goes in and out while watching a show and I run through those functions it seems to stop. I don’t know if this helps but I hope so.
