Geek Squad is Great, don't get me wrong. I'm complaining about if you need to contact an individual company for products Geek Squad requires support on themselves. Drivers updates, known bugs, etc.
Next they should be trained on the product. That's all that's required.
Too bad few US companies have an American answering calls.
But unsupported computers, TVs, everything else is a crap shot!!!!

Careful what you purchased, because short of a return, you are usually on your own with today's "Chat Support" yes I'm going to get proper part numbers on CPU's, ram etc. B.S. I want to speak to a human being or I'll purchase from someone else.

A:AnswerYes you can plug in a turntable. However if your turntable does not have a built in pre amp, you will need to purchase one. This receiver does not have a dedicated phono input.

A:AnswerI don’t know about Alexa specifically because I don’t use it. But if Alexa uses Bluetooth then you should be able to pair it to the receiver. I have my iPhone paired and stream via Bluetooth all the time. And yes, the owner’s manual includes instructions for pairing Bluetooth-enabled devices.
