“I have Klipsch RP-600M speakers (100/W/400W) with a Klipsch SUB100 powered subwoofer (150W/300W) I blew out my receiver(65W a chan). Will the Yamaha 200W receiver work with this receiver? Or might I have the same problem?”

With those setup, I think you would need a bigger capacity receiver or amplifier. I guess you would want to maximize the speakers you have.
