• Yes it will I've been playing FORTNITE with my airpods for the past week without any problems at all, all my teammates can hear me, you just need to make sure the airpods are connected before you enter the FORTNITE game from the home screen

• Haven't tried it with airpods, but my sony ear buds let me voice chat through warframe. I imagine it would work with your setup.
