how does the Warranty work if its not on Zagg website do I bring it back to Best Buy or do I call Zagg what is the process null

So I just got my OLED switch screen protector installed at Zagg and they said they should be getting these screen protectors in store and online soon. With that being the case I’m sure the warranty will just work through Zagg like they usually do! Hope this helps!

BestBuy will only do the exchange in store for Zag shield phone protectors. This is due to a deal that BestBuy currently has with them. The inside of the packaging will have the information on how to register the screen protector and how to exchange it through them if it does break or needs to be replaced.

Once you purchase the product, it should have instructions with the box that show how to properly register the serial number to then be qualified for warranty on it. Otherwise, it won’t be covered, unless Best Buy sold a separate protection plan covering it, then it can be possibly covered in-store.
