- Answer Blue light supposedly will affect the quality of your sleep by making your brain think it's daylight and suppresses melatonin production which helps us to sleep. This screen protector blocks the blue light without affecting color or clarity like some other blue light blocking devices. I'm not sure if it really works because my quality of sleep wasn't too great before I bought this and it's still the same after.

- Answer I think you would have to purchase the shield that applies to the model you own. the iPad Pro 12.9 screen is bigger than a 10th generation iPad.
