Oh, my. This is different than my experience. They must have changed. I cracked my screen protector on my Samsung phone; they mailed me a new one and did not require me to send them back the cracked one.

Yes, but you have to pay a fee to get it replaced.

On the package it used to say "Buy here... replace here" I broke mine on a Pixel 4XL, brought it back w/ receipt and original box and they replaced it at the store but the manager told me next time I'd have to send it to Zagg. The only reason I bought it was because of that caveat.

No B B charged me $10.99 and that was on sale from the original $24.99 supposedly and plan on wasting a half hour to get it installed. And most of the time we all find the screen.protector out of stock!

They will replace the screen if you pay 7.99 for shipping. Beware that it'll take a very long time to arrive. Also, if your phone screen cracked, it isn't their responsibility.
