A:AnswerOh, my. This is different than my experience. They must have changed. I cracked my screen protector on my Samsung phone; they mailed me a new one and did not require me to send them back the cracked one.
A:AnswerThey are always out of simple little cell.phone screen protectors. Plan on ordering it and then wait in line to pick it up and then waste half an hour at customer service for someone to install. Terrible customer service!!
