NO, you will have to send it in to Zagg. Register it online. Then you can submit a replacement request. You will pay for shipping and handling (reasonable). They send it, when you get it return the product you are replacing back in the envelope provided. Its easy and fast. Well worth getting a brand new product.

Best Buy's just replace my ZAGG screen that was on my Samsung fold 5. They didn't give me any hassle whatsoever. They also put on a screen protector for my Samsung A8 tablet. No charge for anything.

You need to follow the warranty replacement process with Zagg, easy to find your receipt if you have a Best Buy account, don't think they would hassle you without the receipt but they do require the old one to be sent back to them. If you paid Best Buy to install it, they'll do that again for free.

No, you would have to contact ZAGG directly for a warranty replacement unless it's within 14 days of your purchase and you have your receipt, which you want to hold on to because ZAGG will ask for proof of purchase if you ever need a replacement.
