A:AnswerThey used to at the store near me, but the last time I bought one they did not offer. A few years ago when they were doing it the guy working on mine messed up twice. The first time he just admitted he couldn't make it right and got a new one. The second time he tried to tell me all the remaining bubbles would work themselves out but nearly 48 hours later there were still horrible bubbles all over. The third time was much better but still left a few that I just dealt with. I suspect they stopped that service due to the loss of revenue from having to keep replacing them when the staff messed up. I can only speak for my area. Best to call or stop in at your store and ask.
A:AnswerThis protector is made of a flexible material that wraps around and adhere's to the screen. They do not have the "glass" version of this protector available (yet). It sticks pretty well to the curved edges. Mine does come off a little from time to time only because the edge of my case is pushing on it. I can simply smooth it out again and it holds. Not a big deal to me as it is a minor annoyance to protect the device.
A:AnswerI would say the mophie case, while a little expensive and cumbersome, would definitely be one seeing as how it goes down over the front instead of being put on from behind like most cases. Plus you get the added benefit of a great charging case.
A:AnswerYes it is difficult to put on (tons of bubbles no matter how careful I was and followed instructions) and I will have to pay 10 USD shipping plus tax to get a "free" replacement for Zagg (after I registered the product online).
A:AnswerThis is a film protector and I do not believe it would protect against a hammer hit. It is mostly to protect against scratches and not impacts.
A:AnswerNO, you will have to send it in to Zagg. Register it online. Then you can submit a replacement request. You will pay for shipping and handling (reasonable). They send it, when you get it return the product you are replacing back in the envelope provided. Its easy and fast. Well worth getting a brand new product.
