Yes! Actually, I did it when I bought mine. I found it a little bit cheaper at a known online store and the Best Buy cashier matched the price, no questions asked. They are great at this match up thing!

For instance, I’m a us veteran and my wife is an educator—both are entitled to a 10% discount and I can log into apple’s website to prove. However they were resistant to offering the same price—strange they wouldn’t straight away match the manufacturer’s price. After complaining and a committee of three employees they final caved in and gave me the $13 discount. Frustrating experience…
