A: I have used the replacement as others have said 4 times. Today, however, it is not allowing me to make a warranty claim. I still have the account and all the replacements and the original registered purchase show up, but now it is not letting me replace. Paid way to much for this screen protector but was assuming that Lifetime meant Lifetime. Apparently not. Anyone else have this issue?
Q: if i find a better price on this product can i price match it
A: Yes! Actually, I did it when I bought mine. I found it a little bit cheaper at a known online store and the Best Buy cashier matched the price, no questions asked. They are great at this match up thing!
Q: I have this product and it cracked, how do i get a new one since it has a lifetime warrenty?
A: You have to create an online account with Zagg. Then register the product. Then there's a button that says something about warranty. You just pay for shipping. Keep the cracked one because you have to send it back or they'll charge you full price.
Q: Does this protect the actual screen from cracking if dropped?
A: Yes! I drop my phone all the time and my screen has yet to crack. The screen protector has gotten beat up, but the actual phone is pleasantly safe!

A: No. It works with 3D touch
Q: I spend 54.o.o at best by for my clear glass for my galaxy 8 and is broke I need a replaiment
A: Best Buy will have this sale on record under your phone number. If its a Zagg you will get a new one for free.
Q: What happens if you fill out the wrong description?
A: It is almust impossible to field the wrong description all you need is printed on the box and in the future all the information is saved.
