You have to create an online account with Zagg. Then register the product. Then there's a button that says something about warranty. You just pay for shipping. Keep the cracked one because you have to send it back or they'll charge you full price.

You will need to send back the cracked one so don't throw that one away. Just go to zagg.com and log into your account. Select which registered item you need replaced and click the blue colored date this will bring up the invoice information of that product. At the bottom click on request replacement and follow the prompts.
