As for the run-time, you can calculate it roughly via the formula of 290Wh* 0.8(inverter power loss) / running watts of your device. Here is a set of data for your reference: The Sunbeam Electric Blanket with 3 heat settings: 1.115 watts (the running wattage of Low heat setting), the Explorer 290 can run it around 2 hours. 2.135 watts (the running wattage of Medium heat setting), the Explorer 290 can run it around 1.7 hours. 3.170 watts (the running wattage of High heat setting), the Explorer 290 can run it around 1.36 hours.
