• Yes, the camera hole is sized for the 4th Gen IPad, and is square. I will include a picture that will show the shape in the Zagg Rugged Book cover with my 4th Gen IPad Pro.

• The one I bought was square to fit the latest generation. I believe they also sell the 3rd Gen ones, they were a different item number and they were on clearance.
