• There should have been a micro USB cable with it. You are correct, the iPad charger will not work. You can easily get any micro USB cable, but if your case did not come with one, I would recommend returning it. Someone may have stolen it out of the package.

• You need to use a standard USB charger, it was not designed for the iPad/iPhone charging cable.

• If you have the charger that came with your iPad it should fit into your iPad when loaded into the case. You may want to check to see that your iPad is installed correctly being that the smallest error can keep the charger from fitting in.
