Why does my camera on my iPad Air 2 not line up with the hole on the back of the case. I purchased this case because I have been a very loyal Zagg customer even though Ive had two cases with keyboards that quit working. I got it home and a few hours later, noticed that only half of the camera is visible through the Zagg camera hole. It's very disappointing since i live 40 minutes from the store.

You may have the wrong case. There is a case for the Air1 and rhe Air 2.

Did you pick up a case for an an original Ipad Air by mistake? 

I have a similar issue with a Zagg Ipad AIr rugged book case I am using for an Ipad Air 2. The camera works fine in my case.

Weird, because I have an iPad Air 2 and it fits perfectly with mine. Maybe it's only compatible with certain generations of iPad Air 2s? I got my iPad in the end of November (just before Black Friday, I believe).

Probably because your case is not for the same Ipad.... I had that problem too, went back into the store and realized it had been my mistake to buy the wrong case... Mine is an Ipad air 2 and the case and the camera hole fit perfectly.

You do not have the right case for your iPad. I can make do with another, but the proper case will align up correctly with your generation of iPad. They make so many new iPads (generations) it is hard to keep up with what we have. We own 5 iPads in this home! Everyone is similar but has different sizing requirements.
