I really wanted the purple Zaggfolio for my iPad Air 2, but purchased the red for more than 50 percent off, regularly priced $89.99. Great deal! The keyboard works great and was very easy to setup. So far, so good! I have not had any issues at all. The keyboard has turned my iPad Air 2 into a mini laptop, but does not have a USB port for inserting flash drive. Easy to type with ideal space in between keys! It would be nice if the keyboard's tablet storage extended backwards more for more flexibility. The keyboard is like a standard keyboard and also has additional featured keys such as: Bluetooth, forward, rewind, play, 3-different sound adjusters, search, microphone, and others. I have not once had to charge the keyboard, which comes with charger. If you type fast you may experience some delayed keystrokes, but that's not an issue. The tablet fits fine in its storage compartment. Also, I accidentally dropped the keyboard once onto carpeted flooring with tablet stored inside and there was no scratch, damage or breakage at all to the tablet or keyboard. When the keyboard is closed it looks like a hardback book and fits into my medium-sized handbag. The keyboard is nice and sturdy. So, don't hit anyone with it or drop it on your foot because it will hurt. Make sure the keyboard is sitting on an ideal flat surface to avoid tilting backwards. Although my hinges are fine, I purchased the 2-year warranty for $5 because some of the reviews talked about the hinges breaking. Other than not having the purple keyboard, I am very pleased with my purchase.

I think this an excellent choice for someone on the go who really needs the functionality of a keyboard and a hard plastic case. The spacing feels good and I think works well with smaller or larger hand size. It does not give you the cramned feeling. So good point there. I have dropped it before and all was good. It fits snug into the case. The keyboard feels good not flimsy at all. This is so much better than my prior keyboard. Bluetooth connectivity is solid and consistent. If you into the landscape mode in your use of ipad and need keyboard this is a good bet for you. If you are more into portrait you may want to try another style better suited. The Zagg products have my attention now. I am satisfied with this product and look forward to trying other Zagg products.

I love the cases, the only drawback is the tablet weighs more than the keyboard so sometimes it tips over when sitting on something.

This is my third a Zagg case and keyboard for IPad. The is solid with protection of IPad. The only problem, this second case that the bottom cushion below keyboar has come loose in less than 30 days.

Zagg keyboard is one of the best item I have brought. Easy to put in case and pair. Just like using a mini laptop.

Very disappointed the hinge for the lid broke and it lost the keyboard function. Zagg doesn't accept store return, so I had the incontinence having to ship the broken product direct.

Love my new purple case keyboard for my new ipad air 2 works well.

I had one identical to this one that I absolutely loved, however, it only lasted a couple of years when the hinge went bad. Got this one to replace it which was identical but the hinge lasted less than a week. Luckily I was able to return it and got my money back.

After acquiring a company issued iPad Air 2, I knew I would have to protect it. Also knew that I would require an additional Bluetooth keyboard (learned this quickly after purchasing a personal tablet) to stay functional. The case holds the iPad securely and provides great overall "hard case" protection. All the ports, cameras, etc are accounted for with this case as well. Slim design that doesn't add a ton of extra weight. Plus, the keyboard has performed above my expectations. Easy to connect electronically, long battery life, and auto off to conserve the battery just in case I forget. If you are looking for solid tablet protection, sleek design, and a very nice keyboard, this is the product for you. Also know that this company makes another series that does NOT include a keyboard and is still affordable.

I was hoping to find a good keyboard for my iPad. This keyboard is just what I was looking for. It is a very nice shade of blue and it feels sturdy. My only complaint is that it makes the iPad very heavy, but the iPad is supposed to be very light tablet. However, it has a phenomenal battery life, so the extra weight is worth it.

I am satisfied with this it makes my I pad air a little heavy but it's great protection for my I pad if love the color and it really nice to have use of a keyboard. It's easy to set up and has great battery life

This is an okay Bluetooth keyboard. Pros: Low Power consumption Long battery life Decent protection from bumps and drops Cons: *Hinge only goes to 135 degrees. *Keys not lighted as indicated. *Not all of the keys function 100% of the time in all programs (probably a program issue. Have to force it off and use the soft keyboard built into the iPad. *Annoying keyboard popup occurs at times forcing to cycle power off-and-on. Right now, one of the better keyboards for iPad Air 2, but not great.

This is an excellent keyboard for the iPad. Battery lasts forever between charges. Just be careful because the stress on the hinges is starting to show a crack on mine. I purchased the extended warranty but unfortunately best buy only covers what I originally paid for the keyboard. I bought it on a deal of the day so it's less than what they cost at the store. When I purchase the warranty I was told if my product no longer available they would replace it with the next model which wasn't true when I went to use my warranty. Customer service told me I'm only covered for what I paid so of course nothing in the store is the same price as what I paid since it was the deal of the day.

I wish they made this for my Galaxy S2. I use this every day. Constantly. It still works. The keyboard battery works for a really long time. I charged it recently so I ruined any sort of testing I had going, but it has easily been six months since I had first charged the keyboard. Keyboard is responsive and relatively error free (1 error in 4,000 strokes-ish), not really gaming on a mobile device anyway - so completely suitable for office or personal writing work. The stiff hinge is amazing, I can tilt it and hold it at any position. Case is reasonably light and well-balanced enough where I am not compelled to remove the entire case if I want to use touch-only functions for a few minutes. Taking out the tablet is very easy as well (although breaking the case at the power connector bridge occurred pretty quickly). 3.5mm port for headphones does not allow all headphones to fit functionally. Most, but not all. Using Bluetooth speakers is a workaround. Overall an amazing product. I would definitely use a Galaxy S2 over an iPad, but the highly useful case is what has turned my iPad/Zagg Folio combo a part of my daily life. I am very interested in seeing how the Mini4/Zagg Folio combo would work out. Huge fan of this product! (the bottom row of keys has left small indentations/scratches, although this could have been my fault from closing it too hard on an occasion)

Fits my Ipad Air 2 perfectly, in a great color (sage). Great protection for my Ipad, plus has a little grip to it (easy to hold onto). Holds the charge for a very long time. Automatically starts up while I begin typing. Have used this Zagg/Ipad combo to present my proposals or website offerings to accounts and they are always impressed.

I've had this case for about a month and have only charged it once. Battery life is amazing. Had thought I'd prefer the lighted keyboard, but haven't really missed it at all. Good size, very responsive. Have dropped it a few times and I has protected the iPad perfectly.

Keyboard is comfortable, light touch and the battery lasts a good long time. The weak point is the hinge mechanism. I bought one with my new iPad in Dec '15 and before it was 1 year old, the hinge screws came out at the left (keyboard side) corner. It could not be repaired so had to buy another one, so I bought the 2 year replacement plan with this one! The hinge is stiff enough to keep the iPad at the angle I want for viewing and tight enough to keep it closed while not in use. Overall, a very nice accessory.

Love the keyboard very easy to use and def easier then the on screen board. Though wish it wasn't so heavy. and the iPad is a bit hard to get out of it , so I usually leave it in the griffin case and prop it up and being the keyboard is blue tooth their isn't a problem excellent price

I picked this up because I bought a new ipad and needed a case. So, I figured I would spend the extra $ and get a keyboard. It allows you to use the ipad as a mini laptop. You have to get used to not using a mouse and touch the screen instead. The keyboard holds the ipad in really well and the manufacturer claims the battery life to be 2 years. I'm not sure about that, but it appears that you rarely have to charge it. Connects through bluetooth to your ipad. Only downside I can see is that if you wanted to pair your phone (to get connectivity outside of wifi) to your ipad, you wouldn't be able to do it with the keyboard enabled.

The ZAGG keyboard and case expands the functionality of my iPad Air 2 making it a viable laptop replacement for note taking in class. As anyone that has tried to use an iPad for note taking knows, the built in keyboard leaves much to be desired. The ZAGG keyboard provides a laptop like experience while retaining the ease of use of an iPad. If weight is important to you, this unit may disappoint. It s not a problem for me as it is still much lighter than bringing the MacBook Pro to class. Battery life is meets or exceeds the advertised 3 months. I am a heavy user and have never had to charge the ZAGG in under 3 months. I have tried less expensive keyboard/case combo units, none performed as well as the ZAGG, making this unit an exceptional value.
