Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go on line to Logitech & register your keyboard. Use the serial # on the actual keyboard as the one on the box is a dummy so people do not try to get replacements for items they have not purchased. Then call the company & they will take you through a few tests with your keyboard and then ship you a replacement after determining that it is an issue with their equipment. They are very prompt and responsive. They two day aired my new keyboard to me.
