A:AnswerYou can watch a movie on this headset. There are many apps out that will simulate a theater environment and protect the movie content onto the virtual screen. Be aware that you will probably have to keep your phone plugged in... The headset accommodates keeping a power cord connected to the phone while in use. Overheating may be an issue with some smartphones
Android smartphones work well with this, though you'll need a version new enough to handle the app and it hardware requirements. Most phones less than 2 years old will do so just fine
A:AnswerI know it wouldnt work with the iPhone 5. My iPhone 6 barely fit and did not work well with it. If the Galaxy 4 is at least 5" then it may be okay but if it ismt then i wouldn't recommend getting this particular headset.
A:AnswerThis is a passive viewer. It has all the Optics to support viewing VR apps and video from a smartphone. The app would need to be loaded onto the smartphone and then inserted into the headset. I don't know if XBox has any content that is doable on smartphones. There is no video hookup that would enable you to connect this directly to an Xbox
A:AnswerIt depends on the size of your device and case. Your device has to fit into a tray that slides into the side of the goggles. I have a 6s plus and a very thin case but it will not fit into the tray without first removing it from its case.
