I hear told that you cannot make sourdough bread with the BB-HAC10 and there is no recipe for it in the manual. Still, is there a cheat or something that will let you make sourdough ? null

Thank you for your inquiry. The Home Bakery Mini BB-HAC10 does not have a SOURDOUGH STARTER setting like our 2 lb. models and we have not tested any sourdough recipes in the Home Bakery Mini model.
