However there is a 100% whole wheat bread recipe that can be found in the Home Bakery Mini Breadmaker BB-HAC10 instruction manual. We have not developed a spelt bread recipe. You would need to make a depression in the middle of the flour and sprinkle the yeast in, making sure the yeast does not touch any liquid.
