Thank you for your inquiry. The BB-HAC10 bread maker will have a recipe for Gluten-Free Brown Rice Bread in the provided user manual/recipe book. However, this model does not have a dedicated gluten-free setting. We have only officially tested the recipes in the provided recipe book or on our website, so we would not have exact measurements or suggestions to provide that would guarantee a successful outcome should you use your own gluten-free recipes or substitute the flour in our recipes for a gluten-free flour.
