  • QuestionCan you use wireless microphones whith this?

    Asked by Omar.

    • Answer Yes, you can. The wireless receiver that is self-powered will need to plug into the XLR plugs on the back. If you are using a 4 Microphone system, each microphone should connect to the receiver, but have its own XLR connector the same as it would for any other mixer. Remember that Microphones 3 and 4 have other functions as well. If the switch for Microphone 3 is set to the phone setting it turns off the XLR adaptor and transfers the input to the TRRS connecter on the right-hand side of the mixer. The same is for input 4, if it is set to the PC setting, it disables the XLR on the back and uses the USB C connection on the left side of the P4. When you look at the USB C connections on the left of the P4, the front one is used for the PC / Power connection, and the back one is used only for 5V power, and does not work with sending audio to or from the PC. Also, be sure to not use the fandom power setting if you don’t need it. I hope this helps you.

  • QuestionCan you also use this to record music onto your laptop?

    Asked by Fmdjchick.

    • Answer Yes, any audio you feed into it it can send out using the USB connection. Remember that microphone 4 is disabled when set to PC mode, as it is directing the track to the USB. The other way is to record on the SD Card, and then transfer to your PC
