• Yes it will. Even though it'll work on CDMA like Verizon and Sprint this phone works better on GSM like AT&T and T-Mobile.

• Yes it will. I'm using one right now with Cricket and they use AT&T towers. Should be just insert the card and go (it was for me). It's a great phone for the price point.

• It will not work with VERIZON OR STRAIGHT TALK. UNLOCKED DOESNT MEAN ANYTHING. I have this phone in my lap as I type. I have spent the last two hours trying to find a supported Carrier Service.
