    I tried to use the "refill" option at Costco because they are great at everything they do, but my printer was smarter than I was and refused to recognize the refilled cartridge.

    It's always a conundrum when I have to buy new ink for this printer. The cost is almost the price of a new printer. But since the printer is still printing after all of these years, I guess it's worth it. Even though the color ink seems to go faster than what you'd expect

    I have never had a problem with original HP ink cartridges for my HP printer. Previously purchased refilled generic ink cartridges did not work. Best Buy has HP ink cartridges in stock at a competitive price.
