    No reps in the store to help location the ink supplies. Had to search the store to find the cartridge and then there was no double pack i.e. black & color. So I spent some time without anyone to help. I couldn't even see anyone to ask.

    Using it for work. I don't know if I am printing more than usual, but it already says low on black ink and this is supposedly an XL cartridge. They usually last me at least 6 to 8 months, it has only been 3 months.
