    This ink is a waste of money, If you don't use it right away it just dries up. I have a brand new cartridge and it's like an old one that you have to shake up to get enough ink to print one page. Just a waste. I'll will stick with buying the regular cartridges from now on.

    Not the fault of Best Buy, HP is INSANE !!! Doesn't matter how inexpensive their printers are, or what features they offer. You'll go broke buying ink. Shame on HP. I'm looking for another printer. I'll protest via pocketbook. I will never purchase ANYTHING made by HP again.

    So I can buy a printer for $50.00 but the replacement ink for it is about the same price, this makes absolutely no sense to me. And having to buy the ink every six months is getting a little expensive. I'm really ready for this whole monopoly on printer ink to be over!!!

    The ink is the xl size for my printer put it on my printer wouldnt work talked to two people at best buy who told me i could return it (even with being opened)go to return the guy said i couldnt because it was opened the worst part was that he was the rude supervisor ive dealt with

    I purchased a Tivo Bolt. I told the salesman I am a Directv customer. He contacted Best Buy chat and they said Tivo is compatible. When I got home I could not get it to work. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad who said, no problem, and showed me how to connect. Still would not work. I contacted Directv and they said, Tivo Bolt is NOT COMPATIBLE WITH DIRECTV.
